Looking for a HELOC on a WV second home
Hello All,
We are trying to see if we can find a HELOC on our second home in WV. So far, every mortgage broker I have spoken to has tried to convince me to do a cashout refi. We have zero interest in doing that. The money is for needed repairs on our primary residence in Maryland. The second home is worth about 335K and we owe about 141K. Husband is self-employed.
