Hi, have closing costs on VA 0% down home loans increased? I'm getting quoted $14,000 for a $325,000 home.

Thanks!!

@Chris Webb How much of that (if any) is VA funding fee? Pre-paid like taxes/insurance/interest? Third party title company fee/taxes etc? Those fees are NOT controlled by the lender and will be the same no matter who the lender is. Also, any buy down costs like discount/origination? Then the final question would be what is the rate being quoted and what is your middle credit score. All of the above effects your actual costs and would give the needed info to see if you are getting a good deal or a bad deal.
