Assistance Programs When Buying in NYC

Hi All - 

My fiancé and I are purchasing a duplex for our primary residence in NYC. This will be his first purchase and my third property. Is anyone aware of any benefits / grants (i.e., closing cost assistance, interest credit grants, etc.) available to non-first home buyers purchasing in a moderate income location?
