Lender adding proposed HELOC to DTI

Can anyone recommend a lender for a personal home HELOC where they don't count the proposed/untapped HELOC against your DTI? I've read that this isn't the case with all lenders but was curious if anyone knew of one specifically?

Details:

Single Family Home

Personal Home

Mortgage Balance: $520K

Current Value: $1.2M

Credit: 750+

Goal - Obtain the largest HELOC as possible

DTI is plenty fine until they add on the proposed HELOC.

Thanks!

@Matthew Graves thanks ....are you trying to get pre approved to buy a new proeprty and are you using the HELOC for the down payment ? if so - all lenders will use the payment for the portion of the heloc you are planning on using . Most lenders will not include the portion of the HELOC you are not planning to use
