I keep hearing that you can purchase real estate with no money down. For someone who has NO MONEY, how can you purchase a HUD when from my understanding most hard money/private lenders will not loan to individuals and HUD will not sell to companies.

Is there any work around for this situation?

He doesn't know what he's talking about. I'm a HUD listing broker. there's a place right on the bid form to put a companies name.
