Refinancing PML with NACA Mortgage

Hey everyone, I'm a rookie investor who recently closed on my first property - small (4 unit) MF in Midland, TX. For the initial financing (purchasing cost & renovation loan), I used a PML. I've heard about the NACA program - seems super investor-friendly if you meet certain qualifications. Does anybody here have experience applying/getting accepted into the NACA program & specifically refinancing using a NACA mortgage?
