Cash only offers?

Hard money loans can be used as cash only offers? If not what are my other options if I do not have that much liquid cash?

@Stanley Spencer Alcorn, there are still underwriting requirements regarding hard money loans. Just because you're financing via hard money does not necessarily make it a full-on cash offer, at least in my opinion. Your other financing routes include VA & FHA (owner-occupied proprieties), conventional, DSCR, seller financing, and cash (excluding hard money). Hope this helps!
