Looking for a commercial DSCR loan product without a personal guarantee.

Can anyone provide a referral to lenders out there offering a product like this?

Over three million dollar loan with 60% loan to value, there are two sources. They run your credit and that shows so if looking to invest with SIDRA and be totally remote it's a no.
