Landa Lending - REIT - Someone please explain!

Hi there,

Can someone please explain the numbers behind investing in a REIT. I like the Landa app, how it is structured, the overall ease and organization of the website and documents.

However. I have no idea how dividends and all that work! Could someone please explain the math (I'm a math teacher and can pick up quick). What is the APR or rate of return? Is it simple or compounded? How does this work? Please explain in laymen terms but feel free to emphasize the numbers.
