Initial Cash investment to DSCR
I found a deal on Tuesday and they are planning on closing Friday. I couldn't find a lender to fund it in that short of a time frame, so I am having a relative pay it in full until the loan goes through. Can someone talk me through how this will work? The home will be in my name and with no mortgage until I get the DSCR. I want to make sure I can pay her back her investment right away
