Need cash for home Loan pay off

Hi all,

I bought a house in October and my parents loaned me money for the down payment. 

I am looking at my options to repay them as they loaned it to me for 6 months. 

I am considering refinancing one of my properties bc I have a good amount of equity there, but was wondering what better options there might be?

@Matthew Murray what was your plan to pay off, when you borrowed the money? Perhaps you can get a second loan or crdit line on you other property if you have enough equity.
