Has anyone used Bluprint Home Loans?

I am just getting started in my real estate investment journey. I search for lenders in bigger pockets through bigger pockets. I found Bluprint Home Loans. I would like to know if anyone has use them and if so, what was your experience like? Thank you in advance.

Hi @Jason Anderson I have worked with Blueprint. I haven't used any of their products, but Blueprint has worked with me and my business partner to strategize on a project I'm working towards now with a new build in Galena, IL. They have a very personable approach and are genuinely aligned with your goals. Don't be surprised if the first call is they asking a ton of questions, but compared to lenders I've worked with in the past, it's a great approach.

Jeff personally has joined strategic calls with my accounting team as we were planning both for implementing tax strategies and for strategizing for future growth, which was about 3 months ago, bringing us to the stage we're at today as we prepare to take on this new project. So, while I can't speak to the products specifically, I cannot say enough good thinks about Jeff and his team at Blueprint!

I have worked with Jeff Welgan at Blueprint multiple times and he's amongst the best. Professional communication and gets the deal done. I have worked with many many lenders over the years. I know when a buyer client has brought me a good one and when they do I save their number. Jeff is the kind of lender who's number I save:)
