Multi-Family (Triplex) in Massachusetts - 25% Down Requirement?

Has anyone found a lender that will provide financing at 20% down on a multi-family?(triplex) I've spoken to a few different banking institutions, some national and some local and all are saying they can't finance below 25% down for multi family. They can do 20% down on single family though. I'm under contract and would love to preserve that additional 5% cash...

Hi Justin,

When I last checked (in January) Webster Bank and First Niagara were doing 20% down for multifamily investment properties in Massachusetts.
