Hello everyone, I am a real estate investor that invests in vacant land and self storage facilities. I would like to connect with some private lenders to find out what sort of returns you are looking for. Specifically CoC returns and IRR. This will help my underwriting targets when submitting offers and ensure I can present deals that work for you the investor.
