Financing / Short Term Loan Availability ?
We are in the process of flipping our primary home and have found costly repairs that are needed, and we simply cannot come up with the needed funds to pull us through when we list in September. We fully own the property, but an equity loan minimum is currently more than we qualify for, can't find a personal loan, all due to credit scores. Yes, we are stretched, but is there no way to fund under 20k?
