Anyone heard of Skyrocking Capital Solutions?

I came across this company that gives out loans of all duration and amounts. They sound very flexible.  A representative posted in a FB group saying they're doing 100% financing at a 6% rate.

They sound too good to be true, and usually when things sound too good - they probably are.

This is FRAUD. I was contacted by Steven Klaus supposed to be a broker of Skyrocking Capital Solution and he approved loan for  multifamily purchase with 100% financing @6% and requested to send Origination Fee of 2% before the disbursement. Our (buyer) bank when we received account information for the wire announced that this account was fraudulent all over the country's bank system. All from FB - be careful..

agreed... was just hoping but I have two legit that I know of ... I'll stick with them.

Do you have someone that you work with that can finance a 13 unit under contract for $895K?

Well I have never seen a legit lender on the initial contact form ask for place of birth

There are 100’s of legit lenders out there - recommend sticking with them

Has anyone heard of this lender? They are offering 5% downpayment No fico required and closing in 7-10 days. This is another one that sounds too good to be true but I thought I'd ask you all if you have seen this.

First time poster with a 100% LTV deal below a lender's cost of funds for a Fannie/Freddie deal. Sounds legit to me. Where do I send my application fee?
