Hard Money option in NYS
I may be closing in on my first deal, I was thinking I would use dohardmoney.com for the first few deals. BUT I was looking at their lender by state and New York shows they offer a program to get a line of credit.
I would assume that means they don't loan in NYS. Anyone know of any hard money lenders that do?
