Commercial real estate lending options
Hello everyone, I am looking to get a loan on my first commercial reast estate deal. The property is rented by DCFS ( department of child and family services) a government tenant and are occupying the building for last 30 years and have no plans of relocating. Are there any lenders who can lend us at 20% down-payment? Our credit and LTV is great but more down-payment would be an issue. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.
