Any recent experience with Insula Capital?

Considering them for a hard money loan on a flip.  I've seen some less than favorable experiences posted 3 - 5 years ago.  Wondering if anyone has recent experience with them.  Thanks!

There's mixed reviews on google and some reviews on yelp as well. There's plenty of lenders out there that have incredible reviews so might be worth looking around for sanity check

Hey Bryan,

Why would you consider them if they have bad reviews already? There are plenty of HMLs here on BP and other reputable companies to work with. Don't fall for the term sheet bait. It is very common in this space to have the terms changed right before closing.
