Down payment funding

David Mueller
Posted

Hey everyone,

I'm an active real estate investor currently trying to expand my rental property portfolio. So far, I've successfully acquired three multi-unit properties using a combination of FHA and conventional loans. I'm now looking to scale further and would love to connect with private lenders or partners who are open to down payment funding, gap financing, or any information that could be helpful.

Thanks in advance

    @David Mueller

    i know this isn't the answer you want but... why not just save up some cash?  if you finance something 100% it's going to be very difficult to even break even.
