I am trying to figure out how long a mortgage deed of trust is good for in Colorado(title 38) , I've got a number of opinions. What say you, If you have a deed of trust it will last to  the payable date on the Deed . Then it is automatically extended up to 6 years from .?? What date is it extended from ? The deed date, or the end of the last payment on the promissory note ? There have been numerous changes in the last few years . I have one that is coming due rather quickly. I have even received 2 different opinion from lawyers. thx u
