Investment Property HELOC

I have 4 properties in the Syracuse NY area. I'm looking for private lenders that will give HELOC. I have no idea where to look and how the process works or if it's even possible to get done.

The scenario is the portfolio is worst about 620k and mortgage for it is at about 260k Blanket loan.
