In search of financing

I own a mixed use property in a smaller town that I’m currently designing an office/apartment for.

It will have a smaller footprint - 1,250 sq ft of office 1st floor, 1,250 sq ft apartment 2nd floor.

Needing some help w/ financing the build. Any suggestions would be helpful.
