Combining two condos into one loan in the Atlanta area.
Hey all, I'm looking at a deal for a condo thats around 40k in purchase price, however because of the small value it would be almost impossible to finance this property by itself. However there's another property of similar pricing near it.
Would it be possible to combine these two together to form a bigger loan so I could get the loan to a size where people would want to work with it? Or are there people who would work with that small of a loan?
