Using VA loan to purchase FROM my LLC
Has anyone successfully used a VA loan to purchase a home from your own LLC? We bought the home site-unseen as an investment, we're working through the rehab, and now want to keep it as our primary residence once the rehab is complete. I'm tracking the primary residence and eligibility requirements, but have not heard of this situation being done or challenged by the VA. Anything I should be thinking about?
