Finding Private Lenders
Hi All,
I've been following bigger pockets for years. I've established solid connections with investor friendly agents and contractors in my area. I joined a mentorship with experienced real estate professionals as mentors. I have a couple great investment opportunities lined up at any given time. What I am struggling with is finding solid privet lenders that can help me scale and build a long lasting relationships with. Everything on social media seems like a scam.
Any pointers? Where do I look? (family is not an option). I'm sure there are lenders here I would love to connect with...

@Matthew MacVittie Any reason why to not use conventional lenders or DCSR loans? Typically those will be your best rates, especially over the long term. Not many private investors will do 7% over 30 years fixed.
Personally for long term rentals, I've had good success working with local banks or credit unions that could provide purchase + rehab financing.
