Refinancing My Student Loans

I am buying my first property this upcoming Monday. I have a student loan balance above 400k with an interest rate of 5.875%. I have excellent credit and no other outstanding debt other than the mortgage I am acquiring next Monday. I have a Roth IRA with 200k+ in it also.

I am in search of a lender who would refinance my student loan balance to a lower interest rate. Does anyone have any advice?
