Ohio Investor Joining the Conversation
Hey BP community! Excited to finally jump in here after learning from the platform for a while.
I’m based in Ohio and have been involved in real estate for several years, working on long-term rentals and short-term rental projects. More recently, my career has shifted toward the private lending and investment-capital side of the business. I’ve enjoyed being involved in deals from a different angle and seeing how capital, underwriting, risk, and project execution all fit together.
I joined BP to connect with other investors, learn from people with more experience, and contribute where I can — especially around topics like financing, risk management, deal structuring, and the investor mindset.
