Restaurants maybe, but who relies on Yelp for lawyer reviews?

We’ve been clients since 2013. First with Anthony Geraci, then Nema Daghbandan and a few others. Kevin Kim helped us get licensed. Steve Earnest, their litigation partner, has also helped us. We’ve worked with almost all the partners and a few associates. Even if you never hire the firm, Fortra’s webinars are outstanding, free, and should be required watching for all private lenders and their staff.

They’ve had some drama with the loss of their leader but no issues observable from my end. Same people (almost), same service, and same expertise. We are still very happy.

We also use Lightning Docs, run by Nema, and are happy with them as well. Of course, you don’t know how good your loan documents are until they’ve been contested. Thankfully, we’ve never had that pleasure.
