Who are folks using for DSCR loans for existing STRs and what rates are you seeing? For properties in Virginia and West Virginia.

That depends on a lot of factors...credit, 0-5 year prepayment penalty, LTV, cash-out/no-cash-out...and the list goes on. Most we're seeing are in the upper 6%s right now. I think we all on here would need to know a ton more before we could actually zero in on a rate range.
