Question for Investors

With banks still being slow and strict this year, I’ve been talking to a lot of active investors who are either thinking about bringing private money into their strategy for the first time or you have already used it on flips, ground-up, or rentals and want to keep scaling with it, I'm curious to hear from the investor side:

  1. 1. For those who have already used private money this year, what’s been the biggest advantage (or surprise) compared to banks or traditional hard money?

  2. 2. For those who have been considering it but haven’t pulled the trigger yet, what’s the main thing holding you back right now?

  3. 3. Anyone who tried it once and decided to stick with it (or stopped,) what made the difference?
