Looking for lender for my investor
I have an investor that wants to refinance one of his properties to try me out and see what kind of job I can do for him. I have worked on this endlessly but I think I hit a brick wall. I cannot find a lender that will finance a property when the borrower owns more than 10 properties. I hope to find someone here with information or advice. Thank you.
