Why Some First Deals Never Make It to Closing

Frankie Vozzi
Posted

A lot of first-time deals never close.

Not because they’re bad but because:

  • Funding falls through
  • Numbers weren’t realistic
  • No clear exit plan

The difference is usually having a plan before going under contract.

Has anyone had a deal fall apart at the finish line?
