Refinance a seller-financed loan
I beleive I am going to be able to get an owner to carry a first mortgage on a property. How long do I have to wait before anyone would refinance this? I don't need to do a cash-out refinance and I may just want to refianance the first.
Are there reasonable options for 3 to 6 months?
Can anyone tell me their experience and if there was anything additional that had to happen to get refinanced?
