Looking for funding and I saw this.

I am looking into funding my next acquisition and while doing so I came across Integrity First Funding. I don't know anything about them but they claim to be able to get you funding for 0% interest. My only concern is I know they will charge something, I just don't know what. I searched them online and on you tube and there isn't much information on them. 

Does anyone know of them and what is the overall feeling towards them? Good or bad?

 Yes - obviously there is going to be a "catch" on this someway or another.  You already know..
