Does long term private lending exist

I have only used true private money on smaller transactions. 50k and 80k for example short term for 12-15%. When you get into the range of $500k. Is the private market still there for longer terms like conventional loans? Is the private money strictly short term or there exist 15 year for example in larger amounts for first position?

U can find longer term amortizations but rarely over 3 to 5 years.
