Affordable 3-Bureau Soft Pull Provider?
I’m a small private lender doing business-purpose real estate loans and only pull credit occasionally. I need a soft pull from all three bureaus with scores and full tradelines.
Ideally, I’d like something where I can simply sign up online and start using it, although I’m fine going through credentialing if necessary. The main requirement is no monthly fee or minimum—I’m okay paying a little more per report.
Who are you using, and what does it cost?
