Conventional Loan With 10% Down Payment Without FHA?
Hi everybody, maybe I'm naïve in asking this, but it there any way to finance a fully occupied fourplex for 10% down without an FHA loan? The property is about 3 hours from where I work, but the cash flow opportunity seems very enticing. I would have enough for a 20% down payment in several months, but I'm afraid I would lose the chance if I wait too long. Would a partner be the only way to go to get a down payment?
