Hard Money Lender Saint Louis
Hello guys hope you're all doing well this Wednesday morning. I am in need of a referral. I was given a recommendation for a HML from a fellow investor and that guy doesn't appear to be panning out. I submitted all of my info and he said we would be good within 24 hours. That was back on Friday and he never ran credit or anything. A few Vm's and no response so here we are. Does anyone have any recommendations for a HML that they HAVE USED in the St. Louis? My partners and I have several properties lined up that we are waiting to move on. Do you have a renter in place? If not, usually they would use market rent -10%. There are options.
