Looking to Rent 5 Million on placement program

I am getting creative on a deal and want to rent 5 Million for 30 days. It is put in a placement program which is an escrow account. The money can not be touched or moved. NO RISK to the investor. We will pay a good premium on the money if someone can do the deal quickly. If you need more details let me know.
