Hard Money Needed
I am looking for a hard money loan for 2.7 Million for a project we are working on in AZ. It is a commercial project and the loan can be paid back within 30-45 days. The 2.7 is to purchase the land and then we will pay it back with the funding that is being put in place. Any one interested let me know, we need to act quickly.
