Website/Program/App for Private Lending

Hi guys,

First-time poster here :). I'm considering using private money to buy property or even for refinancing some student loans.

Has anyone come across a program/service (preferably online) that two people could use to set up a loan amount, term, etc. and that would track the payments and even allow for automatic payments?
