Hard money broker ??
Hi,
I'm currently looking to get into real estate I enjoy searching for deals and opportunities. Lately I have done some reading on hard money lenders . I'm interested in the finance side of the industry and will like to get involved in financing deals for investors. I would to know is there such a thing as HM broker or is there a way to get into the business and making a living lending money to investors to put there deals together . Thanks in advance
