Understand the Upcoming Changes to HUD-1, Closing Process
On August 1, 2015, the closing process will have significant changes, and requires all documents to be complete three (3) days prior to closing. Changes made during that 3 day period will reset the clock.
If you use conventional lenders to finance deals, you need to understand the new process.
