I am looking to see what lenders are looking for in order to fund 100% of a deal. I am someone that is new to investing and would like to know how to "break through" to get financing for my deals. I am to find deals but have a problem getting the financing for them.  Any information would be helpful.

If you have the ability to find deals then your best option with no experience is to partner with a more experienced investor.

You bring the deal, he/she brings the experience.  This will give you a free education on the anatomy and nuts and bolts of a deal while putting some money in your pocket.

If your deals are good there will be an investor to partner with on the back end. Plain and simple.
