Where to find private money at a low interest rate
Hello there!
I have finally found a 2/1 duplex for $50k. The rent total is $1k a month. I would like to put the least amount in the deal from my pocket, since there is room for debt service. The current estimated value is $65k.
Where are can I find private money? I have checked Best Egg and Lending Club, the interest rates where very high, around 20%.
Please advice.
