Portfolio loan terms
I have cash saved up for a down payment on my first property but all the conventional loans I am looking at want 20% down and 6 month cash reserves. I can do that if I have to but i was curious what terms look like on a portfolio loan. Also if I can afford it, is a conventional loan the best way to go? Thanks .
