FHA Refinance

I'm looking to see if anyone can point me in the right direction to read up on FHA refinancing. I will have an FHA/203k FHA loan on my first property and would like to know the process to refinance out of the FHA loan. I'd like to know how we do it, when we can do it (do we need to be on an FHA for a minimum time period). We will be owner occupying the property for a minimum of 1 year.
