"Kiddie Condos" FHA Loans
Anyone have experience or knowledge of "Kiddie Condo" FHA loans. I live near a university in a twin home. The home next to me sold for about $320K. The home was recently remodeled with very nice finishings. I was wondering if using this type of FHA loan would be a good idea as far as investing goes and if so, what are the requirements?
