Conventional Financing Companies

My husband and I are in the process of getting everything in order so we can purchase our first investment property within the next few months. We need some advice on what are some good Conventional Financing Companies? We are going through the process now to get approved with a Hard Money company but want that conventional company as well. Thanks!
